El crecimiento del empleo no cumplió con las expectativas en septiembre, ya que los esfuerzos de la Reserva Federal para frenar la inflación afectaron a la contratación, informó el viernes el Departamento de Trabajo.

Las nóminas no agrícolas aumentaron 263.000 durante el mes, en comparación con la estimación de Dow Jones de 275.000. La tasa de desempleo fue del 3,5 % frente a la previsión del 3,7 %.
